Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur
This animated superhero series follows Lunella Lafayette, a brilliant 13-year-old Black girl who accidentally brings a red T-Rex from prehistoric times to modern-day New York City. Together with her dinosaur partner Devil Dinosaur, Lunella becomes the superhero Moon Girl, using her scientific genius and inventions to protect the Lower East Side. The show celebrates STEM education, creativity, and features strong representation of Black culture and community, while exploring themes of friendship, growing up, and using your unique talents to help others.
