The Parr family of superheroes returns as Elastigirl takes on a new mission to help restore public trust in superheroes, while Mr. Incredible stays home to care for their children, including baby Jack-Jack who is discovering his own superpowers. The film explores themes of family dynamics, gender role reversals, and work-life balance as Bob struggles with domestic responsibilities while Helen leads a high-profile superhero campaign.
