In a dystopian future Los Angeles, fifteen-year-old June, a prodigy from an elite Republic family, hunts for Day, the country's most wanted criminal. When June's brother is murdered and Day becomes the prime suspect, their paths collide in unexpected ways that challenge everything June believes about her government.
